In business now for over 10 years, we specialize in helping professionals and small businesses with their web pages, graphics, word processing, desktop publishing, data entry, and bookkeeping tasks. Look to me to be your "virtual assistant" helping you with your computer needs.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant is an "assistant" that supports the executive, CEO, small business, or other professional with their administrative needs just like any other on-site secretary or administrative assistant. They type and send out letters and emails, create newsletters and mailings, produce the flyer or catalog, keep the books, pay the bills, make travel plans, schedule appointments, manage your correspondence, and they may even screen the phone calls. They may also make you look good on the web and in print, using the latest desktop publishing and web design software packages. However, they don't generally bring the boss coffee in the mornings or report to work on snowy days! Most virtual assistants work from their own home. CCommunication may be via the internet, phone, fax, or more one-on-one meetings. Many times the executive himself or herself works from their home as well, and/or travels much of the time, or they may run a small business that doesn't financially warrant full-time on-site support.

And you do web pages as well?

Yes, we are also able to develop web pages using the HTML language or a WYSIWYG (i.e. Front Page) editor. Not only are we able to do the "usual assistant tasks" we can also develop web pages. A double-plus for the small business! We specialize in taking your creative ideas, design, logos, graphics/photos and formatting them into the HTML language for uploading onto the web. We can also help you with domain name registration and web research.

Support has been given to lawyers, banks, CEO's, churches, telecommunications companies, professional executives, and small businesses. We have advanced skills in the word processing and desktop publishing arena, have an understanding of accounting principles, and can work with a variety of software.

    The DTP Solution is owned and operated by Bev Spomer. Bev has over 25 years experience supporting bank presidents, professional executives, and CEO's and she has an Associate Degree in Business. She and her husband are fairly new residents of Buena Vista, Colorado, after spending more than 25 years in Denver. Bev's philosophy is to learn as much as she can about her clients and their business in order to help them and their businesses become successful. She wants to form permanent partnerships with her clients in hopes that by working together a difference will be made in her clients' lives in how much they accomplish and how they spend their time.
