Data Entry
- Data Entry (either in spreadsheet or data base format)
- Input up to 4 fields - 35 cents per record
- Additional fields - 7cents per field
- Updating - $15/hour
- Printing
- Printout of spreadsheet - 15 cents/page
- Envelopes - 10 cents each
- Label printing - $1.50/page (30 labels)
- Merging and Printing Letters
- Setup: $7.00/page
- 1-25 letters - $1.00/page
- 26-100 letters - $.95 each
- 101-500 letters - $.90 each
- 501-1000 letters - $.85 each
- 1000+ - negotiable
- Customer to provide letterhead, envelopes, and labels.
- Software: Lotus, Excell, Quattro Pro, Word Perfect, MS Word, or your database program
- Minimal Charge Per Order - $15.00

Bookkeeping
- Small Company Bookkeeping - $15/hour
- Software: QuickBooks, Quicken, or your bookkeeping program
- Minimal Charge Per Order - 15 minutes charge
Office Help in the Buena Vista, Salida, Leadville, Colorado area
- Answer your phones and watch your office/shop while you're away - $15/hour
- Hands-on Office Organization - $15/hour
- Minimal Charge Per Day - 4 hours
Finishing Services
- Photocopies (HP OfficeJet) - 10 cents per page
- Collating/Assembling - 2.5 cents per page
- Stapling/Hole Punching - 2.5 cents per page
- Binding - $2.50/set
- Mailings
- Affix labels, stamps, stuff, seal, fold, etc. - 2.5 cents per task
- Postage - Cost of postage plus 10%
- Bulk Mail Separation - $15/hour
- Post Office Pickup/Delivery - $5.00/trip
- Fax to/from third party
- Local Call - $1.00/page
- Long Distance - $1.50/page
- International - $5.00/1st page, $3.00/additional pages
- Incoming - $1.00/page
- Office Supplies - Cost plus 10%
- Minimal Charge Per Order: Labor Tasks 15 minutes charge
- Affix labels, stamps, stuff, seal, fold, etc. - 2.5 cents per task
Special Rates may be arranged for regular monthly customersSupplies: It is assumed that the customer will provide in a sufficient amount the necessary letterhead, envelopes, labels, diskettes, special paper, etc. Regular 20 lb paper is included in fees above. Some supplies may be available from The DTP Solution for the cost of the material plus 10%. The storage of supplies for regular customers may be arranged.
Printers: HP Laser (B&W only); Epson Inkjet (B&W, Color, 360/720/1400 dpi). Also available are 720/1400 dpi originals and color separations which may be photocopied or taken to a professional printer.
