Letters/Memos

  • Single Letters/Memos - $7.50/each (includes #10 envelope)
  • Repetitive Letters
    Set-up - $10/page
    1-25 letters - $1.00 each
    26-100 letters - $.95 each
    101-500 letters - $.90 each
    501-1000 letters - $.85 each
    1000+ - negotiable
    Envelopes - 10 cents each
    Labels - $1.50/page (30 labels)
  • Entering names & addresses in data base or spreadsheet - (see Data Entry below)

  • With enhancements, formatting, outlining - plus $3.50-5.00/page
  • With one graphic or picture, plus $2.50/page (for more graphics see desktop publishing fees)

Tables & Templates

  • Templates SetSetup - $25-35/page
  • Tables/Charts/Forms - $25-35/page

Revisions & Reprints

  • Printing additional copies without graphics
    B&W - 15 cents/page
    Color - 35 cents/page

    720/1400 dpi - $2.50/page (Epson inkjet printer on high resolution paper)
  • Revisions after final copy - $15/hour

  • Setup & 5 originals - $25/page
  • Additional Resumes at time of origin - 25 cents/page

  • Machine Transcription - $15/hour
  • Document Conversions & Cleanup - $15/hour
  • Scan/Digital Picture - $7.50/each

Finishing Services

  • Photocopies - 10 cents per page
  • Collating/Assembling - 2.5 cents per page
  • Stapling/Hole Punching - 2.5 cents per page
  • Binding - $5.00/set
  • Mailings
    Affix labels, stamps, stuff, seal, fold, etc. - 2.5 cents per task
    Postage - Cost of postage plus 10%
    Bulk Mail Separation - $20/hour
    Post Office Pickup/Delivery - $5.00/trip
  • Fax to/from third party
    Local Call - $1.00/page
    Long Distance - $1.50/page
    International - $5.00/1st page, $3.00/additional pages
    Incoming - $1.00/page
  • Office Supplies - Cost plus 10%
Supplies: It is assumed that the customer will provide in a sufficient amount the necessary letterhead, envelopes, labels, diskettes, special paper, etc. Regular 20 lb paper is included in fees above. Some supplies may be available from The DTP Solution for the cost of the material plus 10%. The storage of supplies for regular customers may be arranged.

Software Available: Word Perfect, MS Word. You may also provide or request different software of your choice.

Printers: HP Laser (B&W only); Epson Inkjet (B&W, Color, 360/720/1400 dpi). Also available are 720/1400 dpi originals and color separations which may be photocopied or taken to a professional printer.

Minimum Charge Per Order - $15.00 Special Rates may be arranged for regular monthly customers.
